GmbH, Düsseldorf (Germany), was founded in April 1988 and is owned by
MEDITERRANEAN OIL SERVICES COMPANY, a subsidiary of the NATIONAL OIL
CORPORATION in Libya. MEDOIL GmbH's main business purpose is to provide
services in the areas of Procurement, Training and Recruitment and to meet
the requirements of the Libyan oil and petro-chemical industry.
